  1. Get applesauce without added sugar to avoid defeating the purpose of even using applesauce.
  2. Non-fat original flavor is my favorite option for this.
  3. Mmmmmm….. Pancakes.
  4. Grated cauliflower has a similar texture to quinoa, so obviously it’s good.
  5. Chia seeds are a superfood and if you’re a magical mermaid unicorn like me, you need superfood TO THRIVE.
  6. Sounds weird, but try it in brownies. Yummmmmmm.
  7. Avocado literally makes everything better and you can’t tell me otherwise.
  8. Frozen grapes are my heroine. I can’t stop, I won’t stop.
  9. I’m not a pasta lover, but I actually love zucchini pasta. Very fresh and doesn’t make you go into a food coma.
  10. DO IT.
  11. Less sugary, less chemically, all natural delicious fizz.
  12. When I picture eating mayo, I picture putting it on my skin and it makes me never want to eat it. I know this has nothing to do with that, but just thought I’d throw it out there.
  13. Popcorn is made for watching movies and also made for me spilling 60% of it onto my lap. Make sure to skip the butter, light on salt.
  14. Almonds are protein and are awesome. Just do it. GET LEGS.

Yoga is all I need after long, stressful day.

But long bath and a glass of wine or big cup of hot chocolate would be nice too.

Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Oats
  • 2 Tbls whole wheat flour
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbls maple syrup (I use sugar free)
  • 3 Tbls vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Chobani Non-Fat)
  • 1 Tbls chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbls chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Stir everything together in a bowl until everything is combined. Place in the center of a small microwave plate. The mixture will be pretty wet, this is not something you can really do with your hands. Gently press down, just slightly. Microwave for 60-70 seconds. Your cookie is done when it springs back, and is no longer sticky on top. Enjoy warm for gooey chocolate!
